Carlos holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Coimbra. For over 20 years he has held various positions as Director and board member within the Altri group.

He is currently COO and Deputy CEO.

In addition, he has obtained several postgraduate degrees and long-term programs for executives in business management from the Universidade Católica and the Kellogg School of Management.
