Mr. Dongbin Zhang is Executive Deputy General Manager and a Senior Professor-level Engineer at Xingda Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd of Tangshan Sanyou Group . He has 26 years of experience in cellulose fiber production technology research, with extensive expertise in product development and production management.

Mr. Zhang has led the development and commercialization of numerous new products at both provincial and municipal levels and has contributed to the drafting of multiple industry standards. He has received numerous honors from provincial and municipal authorities, and awarded CNTAC Science and Technology Progress Award. In 2010, he was honored as a National Model Worker in the Textile Industry.
